Florida is lost to Obama, so supporting Cuba in any manner might give him a boost in the Farm States of midwest who want to sell produce to Cuba.

So far Fidel Castro hasnt favored any president in the past what forty years or more(excuse my incorrect estimation). But the only other choice for change is to accept Obama. Why not Hilary? Simple, Most if not all Dictators are totaly against the possibility of Women in the role of Leadership.
